What addons do you get in trial, standard and professional subscriptions?
The following free addons are available in our subscriptions.
Trial plan : 2 Users, 3 Jobs, 10 Applications
Standard plan : 4 Users, 3 Jobs, 20 Applications
Professional plan: 4 Users, 3 Jobs, 20 Applications
Additional addons can be purchased in Standard and Professional plans. Trial Plan has same features as Professional plan but with reduced number of addons.
How can I request Amazing Drivers HR Manager service?
Customers with active Professional subscription can request our remote hr manager service from their ATS instance via Manage Account - Manage License - Remote Hiring Manager - Subscribe Now - Request Code.
To get an HR Manager Code, you will be required to fill out ‘Request HR Manager’ form followed by ‘book a meeting’ with an available HR Manager. Once the HR Manager has understood your hiring needs, he will provide you a code which you can then use to purchase the service.
Note: HR Manager service is not available on trial and Standard subscriptions.
What is the cancellation & refund policy?
Clients may cancel their subscriptions at any time and continue to use Amazing Drivers till the expiry date of their subscription. The subscription will not be renewed at the time of expiry. Refunds will be processed for cancellations requested within 10 days of purchasing a new subscription. Refund will only cover if you encountered a problem with our product that we are unable to resolve or provide you a work around for it. The refunds do not cover missing features, 3rd party conflicts, discovering better alternative or change of mind. We provide a free 30-day trial to our customers just so they can experience the product before buying it.
